Mixposure

<p>Well as you can see, we are back to where we started. After playing with the new layout for the last 3 weeks I have come to a couple of conclusions.</p><p>1. The current layout basically works! Maybe I am just tired of seeing it after 4 years of the same view/colors etc. It runs fast and let's face it, we all know where evrything is at. Gradual changes here are easier than multiple changes over night.</p><p>2. The new layout has more bells and whistles and truthfully was coming along nicely. The real fact of the matter is that it ran slower and had many defects which required developer intervention. The developer did a great job but the software corrections were not coming as quick as I would&nbsp;like. That put Mixposure in a bad position asking our members to deal with substandard surroundings.</p><p>For now I am going to keep it as is. Maybe a better idea would be to incorporate some of the new with the old vs the other way around. I would however like to change the colors of the main site. Since the artist pages are highly customizable, there is no reason to change those. I liked the Blue/Black combo of the new skin to be honest. It looked amazing on my laptop and my iMac.
