The truth on Autotune

God I hate AUTOTUNE. And Kanye. And most other people that think it adds something to their music.
It sounds like ASS. And not good ASS.

LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great promotion for Autotune.
I only use this plugin on out of tune background vocals on occasion, on tracks that were sent to me to mix and master. It sounds artificial on lead vocals. I´ve never used it on any of my own productions, because all my singers can sing. (Example; Ingrid Athur on "Love Is The Key", or Janisha on "Don´t Stop"
Loved the video.
Thanks for the laughs.

I agree with Mike...I WOULD NEVER use it. It's just not natural or tasefully done. When Real vocals get the back seat to automation..then the music industry has an issue.
Man..this is way funny..but ultimately tragic...Frank Sinatra would turn over in his grave if he heard an auto-tuned song....he was into auto-cues in the end though
The most over-used and useless plug-in for any musician. Just my opinion. Cool video, though.
I am patiently waiting for this effect fad to die...the sooner the better.
