Prizes will be awarded not long after!<br /> <br /> <span style="color: #ff0000;">How does the contest work?</span> The contest will be a Battle of the Bands style with a twist. As we have seen on many websites, most sites use the most plays of a song to declare a winner. As we all know, the number of plays can be manipulated through software. We want this contest to be fair and anyone caught manipulating the contest will be disqualified. At the end of the contest we will review the top 5 to verify they meet the contest rules. <br /> <br /> The Mixposure Artist will upload a song to their artist page. The Top 5 Artists with the most song reviews will be entered in to the finals. You will need to get your fans to comment on your song! One word comments will be deleted!! <br /> <br /> Once we have the Top 5 Bands, the songs will be presented to an Independent Panel of Judges. This means no one from the Mixposure Team will be a part of the final decision. The judges will score the song based on a few different categories and the numbers will be tallied.
