After watching the videos and reading the news about the devastation in Japan I am literally speechless. What a terrible ongoing tragedy. With issues surrounding the Nuclear facilities and continual aftershocks, it makes you wonder when or if life will ever return to normal. I know we have some artists here from Japan and I hopefully they are all ok as well as their families.

I was just reading that the earthquake moved one GPS station 8 feet and that the earth's axis was moved four inches. Maybe the Mayan's were on to something?

Our sincerest condolences to those in Japan.

I also have been left speechless while watching these awful clips on the news and the sheer might of Mother Nature. It is hard to comprehend what these survivors are going to have to face up to now. One amazing little miracle, an elderly man of 70 was found ten miles out to sea sitting on the roof of his house! My prayers and thoughts are with them. x

My very best wishes to all concerned directly or indirectly.
A beautiful land.

No the Mayan's were never onto something.
The calander does not end,it just rotates.
As for the wobble,it is quite normal in such circumstances.
The earth has experienced far greater shocks in it's formation and long history.
Some in recent history shifted small islands upto 20meters.
It is not a sign.
It is just nature.

Nothing but love and compassion to our friends in Japan! What a TRAGEDY!!!! So many dead, so many hurt, so many homeless!!! Makes my heart break, I am sincere. Watching the news and hearing more and more people are found dead just makes me want to cry!!!

I am at a loss for words, but thanks, Todd!!! Appreciate you paying tribute to our fellow men and women out there by just posting this. It shows - you have a big heart, too my friend!!!

I was watching the footage on CNN last week. Amazing how much damage an 8.9 can do. Simply devestating, and quite close to home to tell the truth.

Are you telling me Harold Camping is a false prophet Rob? Blasphemy I say ..... ;-)

Very sad news and those videos brought tears to my eyes. I will send my help through the Red Cross. Maybe MIXPOSURE could do a donation site or something. Eh!! just a thought :-)

Nigel.....The END is Coming, so be prepared for May 21, 2011. Just ask Harold Camping.

BTW!!! Talk to ya May 22, 2011 :-)
