Oh No - Carvin Ends Acoustic Line
<p>So I have been debating on buying a new acoustic and was absolutely blown away when I found out Carvin is ending their Acoustic Cobalt line! There are only 2 models left in stock now! </p><p>I can understand the logic behind it but this just kills me. My C850 is an amazing sound. When I compared it to Takemine's and Martin's I had to get to the $1800 price range to find a sound I liked. I paid $750 for the C850! </p><p>So very said to see them kill the line. The truly were a remarkable guitars. </p>

Might want to give Breedlove a spin Todd. My Atlas J-350CM was about $720 and sounds fantastic to me, but mainly for fingerpicking and light to medium strumming. I got the Takamine EF360SC for just shy of 1k and it is a cannon but I still love the Breed for sustain and it's "airyess".
I wanted a spruce/rosewood combo to compliment the cedar/mahogany of the Breedlove.
@ Brian, McPherson is my dream guitar, they sustain like, well, forever! But I'm afraid that if I bought a 6k + guitar I would be afraid to touch it
