Being uneducated in the world of music.(You know, not being able to play an instrument of any discription) I have always thought that "guitars" and "bass`s" were the same, you know, both termed as GUITARS. That a bass GUITAR, as I`ve always called it, was just a guitar with less strings, though I do know that some have five and some six and that they play lower notes. "I KNOW" I can tell the difference when listening. Sorry to be such a dumb F here. Just wondered if I`m alone in the way I`ve thought about them.<br />

ok here we go hi to all who know me from the old MIX 
to all the new peeps in here ,,hi all ...its cool to be back ,,never thought of checkin wether the site was back up ,,,but i was scanning through my favourites ,,and something just popped into my head to click the old link i had ,, and to my great suprise i was whisked o`er the netwaves to a new and super slick site ,,yeehaa i cried as i picked my self up from my chair and subsequently re-signed in ,,got my self settled in with afew new tracks and then thought hey ,,,5 track slots ...hmm nah im good for easily 10 - 20 times that ,,so i bought me up a years supply of gold account ,, theres so much to do here , have to give credit the guys who conceived all this ,,nice one !! ...anyways better bring this blog to a close as i do tend to ramble a bit ,,so im gonna do me some listening ,writing ,eat the odd curry or two and try and get my head around all the functions of this natty and truly colourfull site ....oh and dont worry about all me blogs being lengthy yawn inducing things ,,blog no.2 will probably be something along the lines of ,,oh crap nowt to say and writers block has set in LMAO ...........but until then im gonna have some fun ....see ya`s all around

Always addressing social issues in the ways that make you think about what's is happening in the world. Well, at least the song selection for this particular CSP proves that little fact. Music for thought, but also VERY entertaining music. It's really a treat, believe me!<br /><br />Henry indicates some of his influences to be: Neil Young, Bruce Cockburn, Uncle Tupelo, Jeff Tweety, Stephen Stills - oh yeah! It shows, too! Rick Wright, keyboardist and a founding member of Pink Floyd, died yesterday after a battle with cancer. He was 65. Among Wright’s most well-known works as a member of Pink Floyd are co-writing credits on “Us & Them,” “The Great Gig in the Sky” and the Atom Heart Mother, is no longer with us. I do this post periodically because i think a lot of people forget and we always have new people who are not aware we have it! Since we are paying for it, we might as well use it <img src="images/smilies/face-grin.png" border="0" alt="grin" title="grin" />.<br /><br />When we owned the Guitaristworks.com domain we kept the server around so our members could upload zipped files when doing collabs or having Kent (Venuestudio) mix songs for them. We have a huge amount of hard drive and bandwidth space on there so please use it accordingly. well your listens and reviews do matter.. I appreciate your time listening to a jazz guy demonstrate how to play to changes.. wanted to solo once on acoustic.. a 1954 harmony f-holed, archtop steel string.. margot saved it from neglect when she found it at an antiques fair in newark, nottinghamshire, england..<br />the tone is weak but it's unique and still speaks..
