Hello Everybody!

I finally decided to open my page at this wonderful site. I've been a loyal member of the fantastic Mixposure family for some time. I don't usually change my loyalties easily but unfortunately, it appears that Mixposure is really dead this time. (What a shame!) Some of the pillars of the Mix community have migrated to this site, and it looks like every day I see more familiar faces here. I was still pretty reluctant to opem my own page mainly because I don't have much of a new material - these days I do mostly collabs with Gary Carciello and Rob Grant. Please check out their pages for our latest work. But some of my friends (including my dearest bandmate Rob) were rather insistent, so here it is...

The songs you will find here are instrumental tracks heavily influenced by classical and folk music, and firmly anchored in the 70s classic rock traditions. I like the idea of blending different styles, musical techniques and approaches together. Even though I have been fiercely criticized for my "experiments", I do not consider my tracks experimental in any way. I simply believe that the great Bach could sound very well in hard rock, and that music from the Caucasus Mountains and Mississippi delta could merge to form an exciting track.

Welcome Doc, and good to have you here. Reading your blog I completely agree with you. There are no set boundarys or rules in music. Blendig differnt styles from all genres in time is simply open minded. Kudos to you my friend!!
Hi Doc
Glad to see you've joined the migrating hordes of mixposure artists. Welcome aboard. I've been here a few weeks now but still haven't quite worked it out. Gary mentioned that there are a couple of Grant/Carciello/Doctor C tracks that need vocals and has asked me to have a look. He said you've got the most recent versions. Could you maybe send copies to me at selftort@hotmail.com and I'll see what I can do.
Cheers
Brian
Sir Dr. C, I just asked Rob G a few days ago "who's Doc C?", he seems to be playing with just about everyone, so..."where's his page?". I guess the in-demand players are forced into submission - so here youare. Welcome man....love your keys, love your style and now I can tell you that to your virtual face. ~Blake
welcome aboard doc!
What's shaking Doc ???
Long time no see.
Glad you found this site!
Peace,
Tsargoth
Doctor C, I've been waiting for you to come about with your own page. I've listened to quite a few of your collabs,,,,, really outstanding. Great, expressive tonal excellence you've shared with the listeners. You captured the "Green-eyed lady " sound ,precession and lightning fingers I remember so well from that era.
That pic looks like a brand new......B-3, C-3 or A-100....... awesome. If you get some time ,
get back to me with you're set-up.......etc. Let's talk Hammond's After all I think us keyboard players ought to stick together in this heavily dominated ,super guitar players site.
What do you think...........?
take care,
Larry T............
Hey Doc!!! YES!!! YOU DID IT!!! I'm sure glad you set up here. Now, I can BUG you everywhere I go..................hahahahahahahaha!!
