This is a song I wrote a few years back. Gary Powers dropped by my house and I played him the Demo. Asked me if I had a singer for it yet, he ran home, came back with his Mic and dropped in some lovely vocals as only Gary knows how to do. Was one of those on the spur of the moment things (usually the best kind). Contacted KED, asked him if he wanted to have some fun which of course he did, sent me his guitar parts in a couple of hours. Think the entire song from the concept to the actual finished product took less than a day. Gotta love those moments :)

When the flood gates open, and it takes on a life of its own, music is magical. This is magical. I dig it, Gab. Great job by all three of you. What a pleasure to listen.

Harp glissando always conjures the sea and this swoons all over the place but really soars when the drums kick in - a wonderful combination of 2 great artists. Great song. ftlpope

Excellent work Gabe, Gary, and KED! A very thick and layered sound Gabe but the clarity doesn't suffer with thickness at all. I can dig it dudes!
My technique is laughable at times. I have developed a style of my own I suppose, which creeps around. I don't have to have too much technique for it. I've developed the parts of my technique that are useful to me. I'll never be a very fast player. I don't really know what to say about my style. There's always a melodic intent in there. My philosophy has always been that "Music is the space between the notes".
I'm a producer /engineer and songwriter. I use mainly Pro Tools and Steinberg for most of my recordings needs! I've also taught guitar and synthesizer theory. I've won numerous awards at the American Guild of Music and have attended the Royal Conservatory of Music. Each piece of music created is epic in its construction. Each passage offers the listener deeply layered textures punctuated with melody and beauty. Some have called my style of music.. "soundtrack" perhaps these moments of musicality are just that.. but for the listener.. in the privacy of their own minds.. they opportune to watch the visions of their own creations ... so if this be what it is.. then these songs are just that, music for the movies of the mind.
A very special thank you to some of the various and extremely talented people that have graciously appeared on my works:
Special appearances by Chris Georgiou, Chris Moore, KED, Dazed, Robert Smith, Peter Mercer, RWK, Gina, Wherewolf, Luke Davison, Neil, Rob Grant, Gary Powers, Carol Sue Kirkpatrick, Peter Tamdog, KOR, Michael Nunley, Warren Peece and I humbly thank everyone that took the time to listen and chime in with your thoughts.
