I agree has a great sounding cinematic quality and the arrangement and selection of sounds is excellent!

hey Stoney, I could be off kilter as well, my ears are not what they used to be and I have just a stereo sound bar to audition stuff. Next time Ill bite my tongue unless i hear it on the big system. Hope I didnt steer you astray. Its great song.
Not at all Bill .. honest comments are always valued and I had a similar comment elsewhere so thankyou for taking the time to listen
Not having the old mix to compare with the new mix, I'm going from memory. After reading my first comments on the old mix's lower vocal presence; you have fixed that skillfully. I can make out every word clearly...even the backing vocals are clear as a bell. Well done Ian!
Cheers Farrell.. I have had a couple of comments about spikes in the upper mids that I will investigate but It's getting close to done... thank you for the feedback 😊

First off, I think it’s a excellent tune. Greatly improved.
The arrangement has real movement and variety, and the production across the board is solid—clean, deliberate, and precise.
That said, my ears caught a few bumps in the upper-mid frequencies—they felt a little spiky in places. The lead vocals were crisp and clear, but during those overlapping harmony sections, things got a bit murky and lost me for a beat. Still, the rest of the track stayed articulate and grooved along nicely.
Cheers for the feedback Bill
It does seem at times that the entire world has gone insane. A cool overall song. One very minor nit-pick; I wish the vocals we up a tad in the mix. My abused ears are having a hard time making out all the lyrics. It's just a minor personal thing because the song sounds excellent!
Hi Farrell .. I just posted a reworked file with what I hope are improvements. I would love to hear your thoughts if you get a chance.. cheers
First-time listener here, and I’ve got to say I absolutely love what you do! The words Passion, Energy, Movement, and Emotion from your bio truly resonate in your music—I can feel it. I really enjoyed this.
Eric

Intro creates a nice atmosphere for this comment on the disfunctioning state of at least some western nations. The middle part pickup is wonderful and puts the fun back in the disfunction. I enjoyed it all.
I suppose this attitude might agree with Fun Boy Threes hit 80's "The Lunatics Have Taken Over the Asylum" although I find I like the more recent version The Specials did (its for sure one of my faves).
My philosophy in such matters is more like mudpuddles have no drains, things usually just evaporate eventually untill the next rain. ha ha
Cheers Bill always appreciated 👍

Thanks for the listen and yes I agree the vocals need to be lifted a tad and I think the whole mix is a little quiet ... Easy fixes 👍
