Well done boys from Nanaimo! I had forgotten that Hoyt Axton had written this song. The version I'm most familiar with is by Three Dog Night. The Wrecking Crew is sounding sharp!

The starting guitar on the right side is so cool. It has a bit of Reggae rhythm and tone to it. But, it's all rock n' roll to me. I dig the pounding drums. "Love is like a railway station" is a...

The great feelings, passions and joys of creating something to be proud of,is what we all try to do..........In the end, when we reach someone,anyone.........everyone ,we've(YOU) can be proud that we've spent endless hours perfecting what we hold dear to our Hearts. This makes it all worthwhile......!! Thanks for sharing !
Henry, this a great song, chilling presentation with the strings/keys., really sets the mood and intensity of the theme. Your vocals are very reminiscent of Peter Gabriel.....very moving.
Here we go again on another tapestry in sound...
Much more subdued piece.
Very moody and dark.
This could easily have come from a stage musical.
Something very threatrical about it...
Some fabuolous vocal FX in this, truly dark and twisted.
Once again, myu thoughts cannot help but wander into the more technical aspects...
There are very few artists who could pull off such a piece.
It feels scored for an orchestra?....
Certainly the arangement feels very classical.
You know what would be awesome for this?...
Animation.
Now that mate, would be something to see.
EXCELLENT piece Henry.
Nigel.
yep, head cinema stuff for sure, I like how you effect the vocal and place it in the mix, very cool. Man theres some wild sounds in this track that just jump out at you. I'm loving all of the synth work and string progressions. Complex and unique writing..congrats
really liked the piano and voice. great work my friend, and good production!
Love the vox...Fabulous music to sing to. Great lyrics...Very pro sound going on here...That is some story...Damn......I`m very impressed by this..."Slarou" really is some composer...It`s hard to believe you didn`t work on this in the same room.....What an excellent song you have here...
Peace n Love Mags xx
The more of your music I hear, the more I like it. You truly have a style musically and lyrically that is all your own. I am becoming a serious fan of yours!!.
Dave
Henry, I love what you did with this piece. Excellent atmosphere for your your vocal style. Congratulations to both of you for creating such a great dark track! Very enjoyable listen!!
Intense feel.....carried VERY WELL. The vox are VERY INTERESTING.....and they fit PERFECTLY. Great job on them. Very cool effects around 3:00. Love the power build up.....very subtilely in the background. Orchestration is EXCELLENT!! Most Excellent Job on this track, Henry!
Rob
Henry................your friend sent you an excellent track..........With the addition of your creative vocals and lyrics made this a great listen.Well done gentleman. !!!!
our old friend Slarou had a hand in this I see! very nice vocal treatment to this most dark and brooding piece!
Hi Henry (Pleasure to run into another Henry)
This is a dark theme and you set the mood well with your lyrics and music. I really like the vocals. It just puts me in mind of this scene were everything is stark and destroyed, with little hope as to how to recover. Your keyboard work is great.
man the keys in here are cool as hell. I also like the vocals. very subdued!
Mix sounds clean so no complaints there. good job!
Ya, you snuck this up here thinking I wouldn't see it, right? I'm onto you. A very excellent piece. Henry, you stay very true to the topic atmosphere. This is a great composition and performance. Love all the sounds, textures and flow of the track. The imagery you create with the lyrics and phrasing maps so well to the music. The theme is well supported by the great performances.A wonderful song!!
