This is so damn good, Farrell! Great guitars, and a fantastic vocal! That's a hook that will catch some fish!

I love this one, my friend. Those are some deliciously gritty guitars, too!

Cooter, thank you! I've drifted back to my music roots with a new album I'm working on. Six songs so far.

Hi Farrell, Not being satisfied with a track and working on it until you are is both the struggle and the beauty of art! I totally get it! The extra effort is so worth it....

from Slap's incredible Sax work..Bill's superb mastery of performance and production... to your sensual vocals...I'm so proud to be a part of this..words can't express how happy I am.
I always hate to compare artists, but what I hear in this track is what made Randy Travis famous. You have true country roots and feel in your music and you can rock out at the same time. This track has a feel of George Strait and Randy Travis, to me.......and you couldn't ask for more in a country song, as far as I'm concerned........unless.....you wanted a little Martina McBride in there.....hehehehehehehe. SUPERB SONG and when I get home, I will MUCH APPRECIATE the download of this song. 8:01 of pure relaxing pleasure.

I think that for Europeans American country music is a problem because the context is so important. 'Yee hah' stuff (which this is not) is hard to take seriously which is why this sounds so good - I am getting all kinds of resonances of other artists here but this is my ideal kind of slow country song - sounds sincere and has that 'lonesome' feel. Excellent song. ftlpope
Really like the acoustic.Great songwriting.Good job.-jeff
