Jazzy in spirit. Vocal emotionally top notch. Dig the haunting bass work.
Thank you Rob!

I like the way the percussion carries this song.....using the word "haunting" again, as it has a spiritual feel. Loved your vocals on this. I liked your engineering effect....

I know that I had commented on this in the past, and so many times I've listened.
Wish I had never removed my page from years ago...
Still love it today! Hope to hear more from all of you wonderful talents.
I really shouldn't say anything on which I participated, but the addition of Joseph.......well what can I say when a six-string-master lends himself to the track. Just makes an already cool tune even cooler !!
Joseph did a great job of being able to add to a mature piece without sounding like he's playing along, but should of been, and now is, an integral piece of the song.
And....Dave and Joe are such cool dudes and good friends.

"Castle building"
Ah,well, the tawrot showed me the ruined tower sybol at a very early age, that kind of set the tone for things of that nature LOL..
Once again,dazzling quality.
So many perfectly placed elements.
It's classic rock alright, but it GREAT classic rock.
So much of that classic rock stuff is just rehashed older classic rock.
This is alive, vibrant, full of the energy of the castle builder.
Class mate.
I like the description behind the song Dave! Someone commented on the hammond sound and I agree this is great to hear! Oh.. that sweet bass when the tune quiets down... Lot's of energy when this starts drivin'..Paints a picture for sure. That comforting peace that always awaits us in spite of the turmoil that surrounds us...That's what your endings remind me of.
Jiv'N heavey Hammond organ with miss Leslie twirl'N...luv the down scales woven with the guitar jams & fills ...the fingering organ solo is sooooo hot working N2 the synth swell passage with preccussive drawbars used sooo effectively...Very classic use of organ tools with a firery modern Nu age progressive approach...Hammomd 101 advanced lessons on this one...ThanX 4 sharing your talents & letting me listN...~Austn
Man I love the sound of that B3. The guitar riffs are really tasty as well. This is a really catchy tune indeed. Drums and bass really working well together... tight!
Ah Dave, somehow this song escaped my review! Imagine that. Even in this classic rock sounding piece you managed to include an image envoking break, which is always one of the things I find interesting in your music. This is a right-sized romp with some great organ, KB swells, guitar and bass work. Your songs often come across as big, having that grand scale soundscape to them. Very nice Dave...always a pleasure!! ~Blake
I missed this rocker?.. from the album doc?.. diggin the beat and bass..
and the guitar themes too.. nice bass solo.. a really tasty soft rock a bit jazzy and classical too with the strings.. there are a few timings that are noticable.. lends it that bit of funk.. keeps it dirty enough..
.. cheers doc.,. great keys.. hope you were mighty pleased..
Hey... this is nice.. quite a collection of artists... and great sounds. Love the B-3 work and matching guitar not to mention the strong bass and percussion. A very full clean sound you guys...bravo! Give Willima my best Dave... we have collabed before and he's a fine fellow!
Love the tone of the guitar when it ripps in at about :56
The Hammond is always a nice touch in a tune set like this.
and I agree the change up at around 1:23 is just great.
I thought I'd grab something older, not too old, down on your list...fine guitar; love the organ on this...oh yeah, lots of chemistry here, I can recognize; William has that sound, a signature sort of, like the way this swirls around, hard to explain, has a good catchy phrasing with the guitar artistry...really a treat for the ears, good sound levels, and such good choice of instruments...fine interplay with guitar and organ, and keyboard...great tune..nice to have gotten to this...SUPERB David...all your partners in this musical menagerie..
EXCELLENT sir...love it.

Great song, liked the intro riff, the keyboards in this are excellent. The changes in tempo and mood make this piece stand out. Well done
Good song and performances. The keys break in the middle is a great change up. I like the way the guitar player builds his part, never quite taking the spot light but very much in the forefront. The drums sound like drums should sound.....real. I almost missed the native flute at the end....it's a unique and soothing way to close out the song. I enjoyed it!
