This is really beautiful. It sounds a bit like some instrumental Frank Zappa compositions, but it's definitely original and unique. Congratulations, i can say this piece is among the best songs i've ever heard on mixposure.

Only way to describe this piece is quite novel. great start, with a nice build up. The reversal sequence took it away for me. However, creative and interesting well done
Hi guys this is ftlpope (what's it mean? - you tell me), producer of The Sorrows of the Languedoc, Seekers After Smooth Things and Monas. Glad you liked this. It is the kind of theme tune - a resolution - the calm after storm of the other tunes. I thought I would explain the reverse bit - it was tacked on in a rush because the piece was otherwise to short for Soundclick.com! No artistic meaning intended!

pretty solid musicianship in here. yeah the reverse sound is cool but to a listener it sounds a bit odd. you kind of lost me at this point.
It was the title that got me here - had to slap my memory - who is Maya Even? Then I remembered! 80s breakfast time TV....
Interesting kind of tune - if I'm not wrong it reverses and plays backwards half-way through? Some really haunting effects in there, and some classy dischords that don't jar on the ears, just mystify some.

One never knows quite what to expect.
I certainly didn't expect the very short nature.
I must admit I was enjoying the flow,and then....
But that's the sign of a good piece of music.
They always end too soon,and bad ones can't end soon enough.
You have to follow your muse.
But yes,this could easily be made into an entire symphonic piece.
Beautiful musicanship.
