<p><span style="font-size: small;">This is the time of year when we start doing <strong><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="color: #ff0000;">Holiday</span> <span style="color: #008000;">Songs</span></span></strong>! I think we have done this for the last 4 or 5 years now. So here is the deal. You can create an original or you can hit the Public Domain and do a cover. It is entirely up to you! I have created a song genre of Holiday Songs 2009 so please use that when creating the song. Let's try and be done by Dec 19th but take as long as you need.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: small;">We will do the same thing as the Halloween tune. Most plays gets a Mixposure T-Shirt.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: small;">Have fun with it everyone!</span></p><p> </p>

Not sure why I did not do this before but was thinking about it today. He has been featured on Mike K's Saturday Night Rocks and did a fantastic <a href="http://www.mixposure.com/index.php?t=mixposure_song_player&band_id=2230&song_id=8662">Center Stage Presentation</a>. </span></p><p><span style="font-size: small;">Gary and I had talked recently and I felt as though the music industry was possibly getting the better of him. An artist like this does not come around every day. This is the kind of talent that many of us dream of having. I just could not imagine how those of us who know his music would feel if an artist of this caliber felt defeated.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: small;">Gary keep your head up my friend. Thanks to everyone who submitted Halloween Tracks. <a href="http://www.mixposure.com/chart.php?chart_days=63&header_template=jr_chart_header.tpl&row_template=jr_chart_row.tpl&footer_template=jr_chart_footer.tpl&pagebreak=20&genre=Halloween+2009">Here</a> are the current stats for the Contest to Win a Mixposure T-Shirt. We will cut it off on November 14th and announce the winner.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;">With the site Halloween song submissions behind us, that takes us to the last site song of the year, Holiday Song Submissions. Wow time flies!! I think this is the third or fourth year we have done Holiday songs so if you are interested, let's do the same thing we did for the Halloween Songs. Most plays on January 1st wins Mixposure Gear! I will create a new Genre in a few weeks called Holiday 2009. You are more than welcome to use an older song that you have posted but play counts will not begin until Nov 27th. The day after Thanksgiving. <p><span style="font-size: small;">Just wanted to let everyone know that we made a change to the Create Video screen. There used to be two screens and now there is just one. This was very confusing.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: small;">That being said, the down side is that for some of you, your video may have disappeared. What you will need to do is go into the Video Tab > Modify Video > Click the HTML tab and paste your youtube embed code back in. You can also click the YouTube Icon and enter the Video ID. <p><span style="font-size: small;">STARTING IN NOVEMBER We are going to do a few live broadcasts a week starting at 8pm GMT! (Thats 12pm Pacific, 3pm Eastern) BigPete will start broadcasting a full 4 hour show at 8pm GMT ( 3pm Eastern ) on Saturdays before Mike Kohlgrafs show. ( That's 2 hours sooner!!) and I will be doing two shows: Mondays from 8pm GMT until 12am and on Fridays from 8pm GMT til 11pm. I'll start broadcasting until 11pm GMT, take a two hour break ( auto DJ ) and then return to my regular Devodale Friday show starting at 8pm Eastern. We have wanted to incluse the other side of the pond for quite awhile now, and looks like we got the thumbs up, so if you live in the UK and want to be heard, just join the hottest independent site on ther web: Mixposure.com, and send your music to devodale@yahoo.com for Devodales shows and borduas.p@videotron.ca for BigPetes show!
