I was able to find a backup of the old database containing song info and lyrics and they were added back in today. If those fields were already added by you, we made a decision to not overwrite the field. I know this was a bad over site on my part so I am glad we were able to get them added back in. Todd

I write songs that mean something to me. sometimes this can be brutally honest but that usually happens when the connection is strong. I try to keep it simple, as true to the spirit as possible, and let the song come through. these are all channelled songs, coming out of a deep, hypnotic, musical meditation..
I just wanted to thank everyone for their Halloween 2013 Song Submissions. There were some awesome tunes submitted!
The one problem I am having is the next site tune is typically the Holiday Song Submission. I heard some people asking about doing a Same Sont Title Madness though. So the question becomes, do both? Would it be better to make the Holiday Tune a Same Song Title Madness?
For those of you that are new to Mixposure, the Same Song Title works like this. We get members suggesting song titles and then we vote on a winner. Then everyone creates a song based around that title in any genre you like. The end result is numerous song styles around a central theme.
What do you guys think?

Awhile back we had an issue with the audio players and Windows 8 and the only work around was compatibility mode. There were some changes yesterday that should resolve that issue. If anyone out there is using Windows 8 can you please let us know if you are running into any issues now?
