When you have a moment, please call round and listen to my latest collab. Richard John has produced such a sweet little song in Thank You Maybe. Beautiful guitar work and his soft voice give what are quite bitter words that really easy listening feel. x

I wanted to share some good news with all my Mixposure friends! BBC Radio Gloucestershire interviewed me today, (my legs have only just stopped shaking). They were really keen to hear all about my collabs, especially You Loved My Way, the Country version that has been produced in Nashville. The original version of my collaboration with Diego is posted here. The Country one is the only song not posted here on Mix, but I think the time is right to post it soon.

The radio station thought the idea of musicians collaborating from all over the world was amazing, even more amazing the talent and songs that have been produced. The interview went on a bit as usual, I was Mrs Gasbag so may be split, but they are going to play You Loved My Way after the interview! YIPPEE. They are also hoping to play a selection of my collabs as background which I hope they will. I also mentioned Mix at every possible chance so I am not sure if they will edit out all the hundred mentions or not!! Thank you to all my wonderful collabs, without you ladies and gents, it would never have happened. Now I must put my sunglassses on, "The future looks bright", at least for today! x

Would love you to call round and listen to my latest collab with Holley Hall. I wanted to write a ghost/love story and as the story unfolded it became clear to me that it should be an old fashioned Country Love Song. Holley felt the same, and with her wonderful 12 String Guitar and natural vocals, Holley has produced a song that is beautiful in its simplicity. Just Stop Not Living tells us that because one partner is gone, you must give up on life. x

Please call round and have a listen to my latest collaboration with Selftort. Love Blindness is a song about the resentment and bitterness one partner can have for the other when they stay in a relationship just for the sake of it, while the other partner is left lonely and confused. I asked Brian for a song that was just about the words and I thank him for another super job done! x

When you have the opportunity please do call round and listen to my latest collaboration a beautiful Folk Rock song called Our Love Has Drifted, performed and produced by the wonderful 'Young Remained'. Thank you Wolfgang and Marijan, it's a beauty! x

Please call round for a listen to my latest collab Daisy Girl with the wonderful 12 String Guitar and Vocals of Holley Hall, and Phillip Hartley as Co-Writer & Producer. I wrote these words for my eldest sister Carol who spent much of the 60's walking around barefoot, wearing a Daisy Chain around her hair. I think Holley and Phil have really captured that 60's feel with this song. Thank you both. Melsi

When you have the opportunity, please call round and listen to this beautiful little Folk Ballad. Marijan has given life to these words in a sensitive and caring way, as always. I wish you well my friend. x

When you have a moment, please call round and listen to my latest collab with the wonderful Canadian musician Les Kutsera. Les is relatively new to Mix and we have have had a lot of fun working on Tears Run Dry a little blues number! I must acknowledge the other musicians involved or it would be very rude of me, Les Kutsera guitars/production/co-writer, Richard Kociszewski bass guitar, Ashley Brydges vocals and Gordon (tbc) on drums! Thanks guys!! x
