The beginning of the song had me thinking I clicked the wrong page — soft and gentle opening, almost majestic, Ron.
Love how that solo just soars.
Let’s hope it’s not actually “The End of the...

Big‑time sounding good, Booby.
Always great hearing some real outlaw country.

One of the longest songs I’ve ever heard.
Pretty sure I aged a full presidential term listening to it.

A bit of a different style from you, Randy. But still some very fine guitar picking with tone and sustain galore!

Simply put, this is another excellent song with a great story/lyrics behind it. You definitely know how to write a song and then wrap the music around it. The way the music compliments your writing is something that's worth being envious of. C.G.

Hey,where you been hiding the cowboy hat Lex?
This is definitely contemporary country music at it's best.
Them good ol' boys down thar in them Tennysee Hills must be a-rubbing off on you.
Good track man.
Peace,
Tsargoth
A profesionally produced country track, easy-listening with good solo and fill-ins.
5 star country. This is as clean and as well done as Nashville's best.
Lex you threw me for a loop on this. I had no idea you could do this genre. This is pro all the way. Stellar guitar work and pro country vocals. This is exceptional!
Congrats Lex, I think you have the one you've been waiting and working for. This is a winner, for sure.Top line production,Dusty provided you with great vocals. If anyone deserves their time in the sun,it's you......Excellent !!!!!

what can i say this perfect tune..what can i write...only world..TOP PRO...*****
Lexz -- WTF are you doing hanging around us? This should be getting serious airplay and you should be touring with the big dogs. This song is the real deal. Top shelf, indeed. The vocal reminds me of Brooks and Dunn, and the instrumentation recalls The Outlaws in places. But it is uniquely you.
Killer, man. Go out there and chase that dream, bro. This is as good as some, and better than most of what I hear on country radio these days.
Paul
SUPER TRACK!! Seriuosly.....this should do well, in the new country scene. MAN!!! I like it TONS!!! SUPER JOB!! Should-be-country-star Dust Drake!! Should-be-star-writer-performer LEX!!
Rob
Great country song Lex! This recording and production says pro all the way. I think it's airwave ready!
Farrell
WOW! This is perfection. From the production to the arrangement to the vocal, everything is in exactly the right spot. Excellent work.
Lexz, this toon is So top shelf! kinda spooks me that your creations don't hit the big time..i believe they will....it's a matter of time..and the right people...whats wrong with the music bizz??
Excellent songwriting!... excellent delivery from the muso's involved!
