Dark and heavy — I really dig the contrast between the lyric and the overall feel of the track. It hits that sweet spot where tension and emotion meet.

The beginning of the song had me thinking I clicked the wrong page — soft and gentle opening, almost majestic, Ron.
Love how that solo just soars.

Big‑time sounding good, Booby.
Always great hearing some real outlaw country.

One of the longest songs I’ve ever heard.
Pretty sure I aged a full presidential term listening to it.

A bit of a different style from you, Randy. But still some very fine guitar picking with tone and sustain galore!

Very, very, very beautiful... I enjoyed this a lot. Reminds me of france or italy for some reason.. Nice work man. I want some wine after listening to this haha.

Oh boy!!! This is simply beautiful in every regard! This will be the weirdest opening for my show "Saturday Night Rocks" to-date! I'll be playing this lovely piece on my show this Saturday.
Simply beautiful... amazing... brings peace to your heart!
Cheers,
Mike
I am having a morning of culture here on Mix. This is simply beautiful, very moving piano playing with a melody from the heart. The violin is so pretty, but has a sadness. I love the story you share about Edmund Butterworth and you relay it perfectly in your music here. Wishing you well, Melsi
this is truley a heart felt composistion. it has many melodys one leading to the next and tells a story on a very subtle level, excellent job
Great duet, a beautiful speech between the instruments...
Sweet, melancholic Piano line that gives the perfect support to the Viola; loved the change at 2'22'' with a beautiful melodic line.
So relaxing and uplifting.
My congrats, Derek.
