Hi all!

Just a heads up we are working on our video section. Right now I do not like the way it is setup so that will be changing shortly. Shredchris was kind enough to get us started with some Guitar Instruction Video. Thanks for helping us out there!

Under the Explore menu you will see Our Channels. There is iMusicScene TV - Guitar Instruction. Currently there are two videos in there. What I do not like is right now it is in a loop and you are not able to choose the one you want to watch. That is what I will be changing soon. You can however see the videos split up by going here.

For those that are too lazy to click the link in the menu, click the play link here.

Thanks again to ShredChris!

Happy Memorial Day!

You know, in America we celebrate Memorial Day by having huge sales. This is the weekend where everything gets marked down. I heard ads for Guitar Center the other day and the TV is loaded with SALES SALES SALES everywhere. Not wanting to break with tradition lol, I thought we should do the same. So this weekend only, all Mixposure T-Shirts and Polos are ON SALE!

Be have a bug in our script that is causing an issue creating usernames in the forum. I have disabled that script. For the time being, you will need to register twice using the below links. This will gove you access to the Artist Pages and the Forum.

Artist Pages - http://www.imusicscene.com/index.php?t=jr_info

Forum - http://www.imusicscene.com/forum/ucp.php?mode=register

It is important that you keep the same username and password when doing this. Once the bug is fixed, you passwords will be handled through your Artist Page Account.

Sorry for the inconvenience!

Dazed

If you are working on this, please upload your song and use a song genre of "SSTM June 2010". This way we can track the songs! I am also going to put a chart on the main page like the New Song List that us currently there.

I Hope to see some songs up there soon!!

Dazed

As some of you may have read HERE we are in the process of changing the name of the site. The new site name will be Internet Music Scene otherwise known as http://iMusicScene.com.
The problem we had is this site has evolved since the early days. Originally it was more about guitar but we have so much more going on now. Mixing, Mastering, Guitar, Bass, Drums, Flute, Piano just to name a few. We thought "GuitaristWorks" was kind of limiting to some musicians.
So the plan is to change the logos up and get everything pointing to the new name. We will keep GuitaristWorks.com in play for some time so everyone can change their external links but they will continue to work so no need for panic lol.
You can use the new name on your links also. As far as I can see everything is redirecting as it should.
example:
http://www.imusicscene.com/dfw/
So I hope everyone will excuse the continuing dust around here!
