Hi all just some quick updates. The Same Song Title Madness poll is up. Please cast your vote today so we can get this one going!
As you can, we have made some changes to GuitaristWorks. Pardon our dust for awhile. The changes have been happening pretty fast and with luck we will soon be done. If you notice anything wrong, please let me know so we can fix it!
Since your artist pages can now be customized, we posted THIS so you can show off your new look. You do not have to be an expert in HTML to modify your artist page. If you are good with HTML, I am really looking forward to seeing what you do!
As mentioned before we are still looking for videos!

We just dropped in the latest updates to fix a few lingering problems. Electronic Press Kits have now been corrected so you should be able to view yours with no problems.

<p>It is a sad day today with the passing of Ronnie James Dio. Reports were all over the place that he had died and then others that said he had not died. I had read on Blabbermouth today that in fact he had not passed away according to his wife. It looks like they may have been trying to notify people before they had to read about it. You can check on <a href="http://www.facebook.com/OfficialRonnieJamesDio" target="_blank">RJD'd Facebook Page</a> and read more. </p><p>Here is one of my favorite tunes from Rainbow. I had the pleasure of seeing Ritchie when he had his band Dio. Most of the bugs have been fixed. You should now be able to upload and modify your songs, videos etc.
I have also enabled the Electronic Press Kits just so you can see them. There is a slight bug on them that has been fixed in the next code drop in a few days or so. If your does not work, you get 3 error messages, send me a PM and I will fix yours temporarily.
This is just so you can see what they look like.

Just an update on the song upload and modify bug that is happening to some of you. Hopefully it will be resolved tomorrow. They made a fix today which resolved some of it.
Part of the problem is we have our forum at www.guitaristworks.com/forum/ and the new code added a forum in with basically the same url. They are trying to fix the issue but if it becomes too big of a pain, we will change the url of the forum. This may throw some people off and our google url's will be hosed for awhile but it is more important for us to make sure everyone's site is working!

Let's put a due date of June 12th on this one. So you have roughly four weeks to create a song with this name as the song title. </span></p><p><span style="font-size: medium;">For those of you not familiar with the Same Song Title Madness, here is how it works. <br /><br />1. Everyone submits a song title name (done)<br />2. We pick out some of the best ones and create a poll and everyone votes (done)<br />3. Once a winning title is declared, everyone creates a song using that title<br />4. Instrumentals are fine but obviously vocals help sell the song a bit better<br />5. This is a great opportunity to collab with other Mixposure musicians!<br />6. The song can be any genre or style</span></p><p><span style="font-size: medium;">Have fun with it everyone!</span></p>
