<p><span style="font-size: medium;">Just wanted to let everyone know that the New Mixposure T-Shirts are in. They look great!! I am going to try and get some better pictures since this one does not do the colors or detail justice. Like before I have included shipping in the USA, PR and Canada in the price. For International orders we kind of split the difference and added $6.00-$6.50 for shipping. The ability to sort songs has been added. You will see the circular arrows on the song page. Just click it and drag and drop songs in the order you like.

<p><span style="font-size: small;">Just wanted to let you say we are trying to wrap up the site changes pretty soon. We are trying to find the best banner that looks just right with the site. If a page looks off, just refresh the page. There may be some browser cache issues after the changes.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-size: small;">We are also debating on going to embedded music players with the option for the popup. I kind of preferred the popup personally because you could navigate the site and the music would still play. However most sites have gone to the embedded players so maybe I stand alone on this.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-size: small;">I would also like to start working on adding some more widgets so that might be the next thing we tackle. All kinds of influences breed all kinds of creativity. G.I. (Stephan Hoff) and Jo (Joellen Cabot) have grown up embracing all kinds of different music. Joellen loves the vocals of the R & B divas, past and present, and it shows in her soulful, emotional vocal expressions. Her songwriting draws the listener in to relate-able experiences about life and all that a woman senses and feels. Stephan grew up singing and playing in the church. A musical family environment lent itself to his abilities to find a place to fit in, vocally and instrumentally. A stint in the 82nd Airborne Division provided his nickname. His influences range from rock, pop, jazz, and blues, embracing almost all genres of music and using a little part of all them as the driving force behind his songwriting and producing.

Franks and I have been discussing this for the last two months and it looks like we are pretty well confirmed now so I am releasing the information.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: medium;">The Dallas Guitar show brings in 30,000 visitors over the 3 Day event. Artists playing the event for 2010 include Andy Timmons, Ted Nugent, Neal Schon, Kings X, George Lynch just to name a few. So if you are in the Dallas area, we hope you decide to venture out and say hello. Frank will be bringing 10 Guitars with him and 2 basses for everyone to check out and purchase. So we are now about a week in and I just wanted to touch base with everyone. I have started to add in some of the old site feeatures. You will notice a Radio Link in the menu with Podcast and Stream Links. I also added in Page Views and Lyrics to the artist pages. I will try and get to Song Review Counts added soon.

I have been asked, Why did you Change The Site? The simple reason is that the code on the old site was several years old. When we wanted to add new features, it required the developrs to make changes in multiple areas and was time consuming. The new site pretty much sets us up for the next several years. The old site was not built in a day and for those f you that were around in the beginning, you saw changes all of the time. This will be no different. 

One of the new features you will see is Foxy Cart. One of the issues we were faced with on the old site is not everyone likes paypal. So people wanted to buy artists music but did not, or should I say would not, use paypal. Foxy Cart was an easy way to integrate with the site and allow users, from pretty much any country, the ability to purchase your songs, cd's, t-shirts and any other merchandise you would like to sell on your page. if you click on the link on your page, you obviously get a lot of feature rich reporting.

What I would like to ask is what features from the old site would you like to see on the new version? One of my top priorities is getting a Facebook App up and running. I would also like to see some new audio players that are a little cooler. So what do you guys want to see?

Hey Everyone! Slowly we are getting everything added back in. The goal of this new layout was due to a lot of feedback we had that the site was too complicated to navigate. I was not seeing that but when you work in it everyday it flows lol. With the changes coming from your page, I find it a lot easier to use then the old control panel. 

It is my hope to add new audio players in the not so distant future. We will also have Facebook embed available as soon as possible. We will also try and add a lot of missing features from the old site,

We are now on a new server that is obviously an upgrade over what we had previously. The down time we experienced was due to seven years of data on our servers that we had to transfer to the new server. Our apologies for the delay. Originally I had hoped for 12 hours allowing me ample time to do some tweaks before we opened it back up. After being down as long as we were. I just wanted to be back online. So you guys are experiencing the worst part of code release. Bugs in the live environment. We will get them resolved
