ha ha..I imagined I had a vague memory of someone frying cheese and then it all moved on to ouzo...or maybe they fried the cheeze in ouzo?... oh well, ...loads of fun making this piece thinking...

Some excellent work on this song! The fiddle that plays throughout is a nice touch. The strings are subtle but they sound good. A smooth ballad. I like it!
