Steve Gilmore & Jim Mason will be doing some detailed reviews so I feel we have these kind of reviews pretty much covered. Some of the other things we would consider are Mixing/Mastering articles, Guitar/Bass/Music Instruments in general etc. I think you guys get the idea. If you are interested, please message me and let me know what your ideas are. If you have never done one before, it is pretty easy. <p>I know many of you know Frank from Stratage Guitars and many of you also know his son Mike who is a member here. Mike has helped a lot of people on Mixposure with not only his excellent drum skills but also his incredible mixing and mastering knowledge. Mike is also an exec at Sam Ash Music and has helped me with questions I have had on a few purchases.</p><p>When I saw <a href="http://www.facebook.com/maurigemma" target="_blank">Mike's Facebook</a> post about what happened to his house with Hurricane Debbie, I was terribly saddened. What a terrible thing to go through. The storm drains were apparently not cleaned properly so the water had nowhere to go. It ended up in his and his neighbors house. To add insult to injury, it appears that Mike recently refinanced his house and it looks like the insurance was not picked up by the new mortgage company with his escrow account. Perhaps reading through his message, "A word from David about Transformations," will send you on a journey, in and of yourself, like no other that you have experienced.<br />It's a journey that I embrace, with arms that welcome both quality music and a path to find what is waiting deep inside myself. I met David on MIXposure, and after reading his bio, checking out the music and also his personal website, I got to talking and interacting with him and the people in chat during one of our radio shows. I quickly realized that this person I was talking to is a man of great substance, experience and diverse talent-- a man of several dimensions, so to speak. Through his music, I believe he can open up new dimensions for ourselves, in our own worlds of music and self-searching.<br />Music and self-searching... they go hand-in-hand, don't they? I thought this was actually kind of cool since you would get some nice replies on it.
