Your Hat's On Way Too Tight
(V1) If everything is bothering you. You've got to learn to relax.
Every where there's stumbling stones, like death and income tax.
If you happen to go outside and look up into the sky.
You shouldn't be at all surprised, if a bird does it in your eye.
(Chr) But everything will turn out fine, if you play your cards right.
If you're not having any fun then Your Hat's On Way Too Tight.
(V2) If you're feeling puncture vines with each and every rep.
Why don't you put on your new shoes and put a little pep in your step.
If you're feeling out of control, like a Merry Go Round.
Just step off that Carousel and get yourself back on the ground.
Yes, yes your hat's on way too tight......................

At times, mostly to keep me sane, I write these quirky little fun songs. Your Hat's On Way Too Tight is one of those songs from my Jaxonville CD, circa 2000. It's not seen the light of day at Mixposure so I thought a good dusting off and cleaning (plus a quick mastering job since it's never been mastered) was in order. This is all me except the drums done by Kurt Huhn. This was also my first go at playing harmonica. Btw, the person whose hat was on way too tight was my wife but nothing that a prescription of paxil couldn't fix, .
