Guys we just processed a few minor fixes to the site. The biggest being a bug in the Arrange Song Order where tracks were being rebuilt from oldest to newest. They should now be appearing in the order you want them to be in.
Please let us know if you see anything odd!
The Blues Same Song Title Madness is coming up fast. I hope everyone is close to being done!
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">Please remember that in order to post any covers, you must obtain a license to use the material. This is an often overlooked area on many indie sites and I am seeing more and more pop up here. Please visit the </span><a href="http://www.harryfox.com/public/FAQ.jsp#24" target="_blank"><span style="font-size: medium;">Harry Fox Agency FAQ</span></a><span style="font-size: medium;"> to answer most questions on this topic.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: medium;">Thanks,</span></p><p><span style="font-size: medium;">Dazed</span></p><p><span style="font-size: medium;"> </span></p>
We have not done a Blues Site Song yet and I think this one will be a blast to do. June 23rd will be the due date so you have some time to finish it. As usual, please hold all submissions until the specified date. We will open up the forum on that date so everyone can post a link to their song on their artist page. Please make this a new song and do not pull one from the archives!!
There are no set requirements for this submission. You can add vocals if you like, make it acoustic or SRV style. It is entirely up to you. Just have some fun with it. Remember to use the resources on this site if you need help with your track. We will also try and do something special for the best track!
Please post any questions you have HERE.

Hi All!
Just a quick message to let everyone know about some changes. For the most part this is going to become a 100% free site. As we have always said, this site is not about a profit. It is about having some fun and making some music. If you learn a few things along the way, even better.
All Members can now change their themes and upload more songs and have downloads. As long as the bandwidth holds up, we will let it fly!
Please Note the Artist URL's have been changed. They now make more sense! Your links will now always appear as:
http://www.guitaristworks.com/bandname/
http://www.guitaristworks.com/bandname/audio
http://www.guitaristworks.com/bandname/radio
http://www.guitaristworks.com/bandname/fans
http://www.guitaristworks.com/bandname/charts
This will allow Google to index your page and also provides easier links.
I will let everyone know about the other changes shortly.
Thanks,
Dazed

Hi all!
Just wanted to let you know since we upgraded the site we have made a few changes. We have increased the maximum bit rate per song for non-members to 160k. For members we have bumped that up to 224k.
We have several other changes coming up in the not so distant future so this is a good time to upgrade and become a member!
Thanks for supporting this site,
Dazed
